3 FANTASTIC WAYS TO REDUCE STRESS

 

No matter why people want to improve their lives, it’s usually some form of stress that compels them to first seek out Life Coaching.

 

Here are 3 of the ways I support my clients to reduce stress: Guided Meditation and training, Formulating Energy Medicine Tinctures, and using an Accupressure Technique.

 

  • Meditation stills the mind
  • Energy Medicine (Branch of Homeopathy) calms and soothes
  • Accupressure Technique permanently releases past emotional pain

 

All 3 modalities bring clarity, awareness, and wisdom to the underlying causes of stress.

 

First, Meditation:

Meditation is the best way I know of to still the mind.

 

Here are the basics:

I recommend you start out at 20 minutes a day.

 

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Choose 1 absolutely simple thing to focus on and clearly set your intention before you start; you can think about 1 positive word such as “refresh”, 1 sound (you can hum a note), 1 thing to look at (like the tip of a candle flame), or the feel of your breath going in and out at the opening of your nostrils.

 

Every time your mind wanders (which it will do constantly), just stop (no judgment) and bring your focus back. That’s it!
