Coaching is all about changing the way we think. The concept is: we think different, then we feel different, and then we act different.

Try this on:  “There is no such thing as failure, only feedback.”  

  • No self-blame (which truly only wastes time and feels really bad)
  • No reason to give up before you’ve accomplished what you want
  • You’re more adaptable, which makes you more able to figure out “what next?”
  • You’re able to have more fun along the way – life is an adventure! 

So then, how do you change how you think


Next time you attempt something and things don’t go just the way you’d like (which can be pretty often), and you find yourself getting angry at yourself or others, or feeling like you hit a brick wall and just want to give up, try this instead; ask yourself, “What can I learn from this that I can do better next time?”And see what changes…


Change comes through practice; the more you do it, the better you get!
