REDUCE STRESS; BALANCE BEING and DOING

In this day and age of accelerated change everyone is busy - too busy! We’re always rushing around trying to get everything done… lots of information to process…deadlines to meet.

 

In order to maintain your well-being, it is necessary to take the time to just BE. Whether you like to walk in the woods, bicycle in your neighborhood, or make art, it’s as important to take time to renew yourself as anything you can possibly DO. It’s what keeps us balanced, sane, and allows us to step back and recognize what’s important in life.

 

Schedule BEING it into your calendar ahead of time and on a regular basis. Make it part of your life. Taking time to BE with oneself is not a selfish, wasteful, use of time. It is whatmakes room to truly be alive and energy to give to others.
