RELEASE OLD PAIN PERMANENTLY WITH EFT

Using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a great way to reduce stress by letting go of old emotional pain - permanently. 

 

Our minds are very good at creating whatever we focus on. When we hold emotional pain our minds keep going back to what we don’t want, and we can unintentionally create that. EFT basically involves tapping acupressure points. It’s a bit too involved to explain here, but Gary Craig’s has a great website on the basics if you’d like to try it for yourself: www.emofree.com.

 

When I’m assisting someone to reach their goals and emotional pain gets in the way, EFT is a great tool to let it go and assist them to gain the wisdom of insight. Then we refocus of what they want and move on.

 

Of course, like anything else, using an experienced professional to assist you is likely to be significantly more effective. Still, self-help is great.
